     Prex is a program to extend the MFD , create UFDs and
extend them, and list File Directory Cluster Maps (FDCM) of
RSTS Disks.  It has been written for RSTS/E V06C-03, and is
not guaranteed to run on any other version.

It is recomended that the user follow the process described by
Mike Dash to fill up the first half of the disk with a dummy
file before running PREX. This will result in a faster disk.
